GULLIVER COTTAGE

By far our most popular holiday cottage, Gulliver has been bringing families and friends together since we arrived at Trehill in 2003. With a wonderful lakeside location, 6 bedrooms, a hot tub and conservatory it is the perfect venue for gatherings of all types.

LIVING...

The spacious lounge has solid wood flooring, a wood burning stove & plenty of seating. There is a 47” flat screen TV with DVD player & extensive film library in the main lounge & an additional TV & dvd player in the lounge annex.

Beyond the lounge is a sunny conservatory which gives out on to the hot tub deck. There is a preparation charge for the hot tub, which comfortably seats 6.

The large kitchen dining room is dominated by a massive oak dining table. Capable (when extended), of seating up to 20, this is for dining in style. The kitchen features granite work tops & solid oak cabinets as well as a large range cooker to make food preparation that much easier. There is a large larder fridge, freezer & dishwasher.

SLEEPING...

The 6 bedrooms have 2 with king beds, a double & 3 twins. The bedrooms are split between 2 wings, with the East wing comprising a king, double & 2 twins (along with 2 shower rooms). The west wing has a further king & twin with a large shower room. There is also an additional shower room downstairs.

The bed linen is 100% cotton of the highest quality. The main king has stunning views over the lakes & the Lynher Valley beyond.

OUTSIDE...

The main patio with a 12 seater picnic table & chimney BBQ, has lovely views over the lake. Perfect for entertaining on a summer’s evening!

To the rear, there is a large private deck with the private hot tub.

The Grounds… The Trehill estate, shared with the other Trehill Cottages & our Long Barn Cottages, stretches for over 4 acres. There is so much to do, you might choose never to go out! This includes - fishing, outdoor pool (seasonal), games room, children’s play areas as well as space to wander, relax or kick a ball about.

Trehill cottages features its own small pool. Available seasonally (May 22 – September 1) it is heated and features an innovative dome covering keeping it warm and clean. The pool sits in a sunny spot with loungers where you can bask in the sun pretty much all day long! Opening hours 10:00-18:00. Dimensions 24’x10’x3’.

EV Charger – Fast charging at 7kw/hr. Electricity is charged at cost. This facility should be booked in advance.
