There is a large kitchen / dining room with plenty of space to sit 12 at the huge reclaimed pine dining table. The kitchen has granite work surfaces, a large range cooker, with 5 ceramic hobs as well as all the usual kitchen appliances. There is also an additional utility/laundry room.

There is a huge main lounge with seating on comfortable leather sofas and chairs for 12 of you, along with wood – burning stove and 32” widescreen TV. There is also a delightful sunny conservatory and additional TV room to ensure that everyone can find a little bit of personal space.

Sleeping...

The bedrooms are located in two separate wings.
The west wing has a double bedroom & twin room with a bathroom, all with lake views.

The East Wing has four further bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room.

There are two doubles, a twin room and a further pretty bedroom that can be a double or twin. The large main bedroom has great views out over the lake and countryside beyond. There is an additional shower room downstairs.
