St Mellion International Leisure Club
St Mellion has great sports and leisure facilities in the country and all our guests in SE Cornwall get free leisure membership (golf packages are also available – see our golf breaks page).
Glendorgal Sands has its own on-site health club at the Glendorgal Resort.
St Mellion is set in 450 acres of countryside in SE Cornwall with two championship golf courses. If a sporty break is what you are after, then the sports facilities available will guarantee you a great time.
3 indoor swimming pools
- The 25 metre competition pool is permanently laned for swimmers who want an energetic or leisurely work out.
- The large leisure pool is warm and has floats and water effects
- The toddlers pool is perfect for the under 5's.
- There is also a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
The Gym
This brand new state of the art gym not only has all the instruments of torture you could dream of, but also has superb views of the golf courses! There is a free weights room and there are regular fitness classes too.
The Spa
The Spa provides a full range of Decleor beauty treatments.

Crèche & children's activities. St Mellion runs a daily crèche for babies and children up to the age of 8. During the holiday seasons it also runs older children's "Kids clubs".
