The Gallery Cottage lounge

Living...

 

The upside – down nature of The Gallery makes the most of the views and light and increases the feeling of spaciousness in the lounge.

 

The lounge area is bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows, exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. The lounge is fitted out to a good standard. The quality TV, DVD player,  open fireplace and stereo ensure that evenings can be spent in comfort. There is a library of videos. The TV has the full Sky package including Sky Sports & Sky movies..

 

The fully fitted kitchen has plenty of work and storage space. Along with all the appliances you might need including dishwasher, washing machine fridge freezer etc.

 

 

 

 

 

Sleeping...

 

All bedrooms are en-suite. The main king bedroom has an en-suite bath. The smaller double & twin have en-suite shower rooms.

 

The main bedroom has loads of built in cupboards.

 

 

 

 

Outside...

There is a small balcony with truly wonderful views directly over the Nicklaus 12th. The Gallery benefits from a brick barbecue and front patio. To the rear is a large sun deck. Relax with a glass of wine or two and watch the sun set behind the un-spoilt hills!

Oakridge has 35 acres of grounds including meadows & woodland as well as bridge giving direct access to the St Mellion club (a bracing 20 minute walk along the buggy paths)

The Gallery Holiday Cottage - Saturday Changeover

 

The Gallery has great views overlooking the Jack Nicklaus course at St. Mellion. You receive two golf leisure memberships giving access to the superb sports and leisure facilities at St Mellion.

 

All properties at Oakridge are detached and they are situated in delightful courtyard setting in groups of 5 (there are 20 in total spaced out over 35 acres with a 1000m drive connecting them).
The combination of quality accommodation, great location and superb sports and leisure facilities make these ideal holiday retreats.

 

This detached property, built out of local stone is a stylish contemporary holiday home. The floor to ceiling windows in the upstairs room have delightful views of the Jack Nicklaus 12th fairway. It has three en-suite bedrooms and a large, well fitted kitchen area. The central heating makes sure that whatever the time of you year you will enjoy a relaxing break.

 

Golf & Leisure – As part of your package you will receive two free adult memberships for the golf and leisure facilities at St Mellion which is just a 3 minute drive away.
