Very few of us get to design our perfect holiday home and these cottages on the Trehill Estate are our idea of the perfect country getaway. Situated on the edge of this 4 acre estate shared with Trehill Cottages, they have marvellous views to both front and rear.
We put in vaulted ceilings and big windows to make the most of the lovely views to both front and rear. The beautiful kitchens have granite worktops and the most modern appliances. The lounge and bedrooms have new top quality home entertainment systems and beautiful wooden and leather furniture imported our own suppliers in the far East.
The bathrooms and wet rooms all have under floor heating and there is solid oak flooring through out.
Outside you have huge private decks with wonderfully peaceful views and gas barbecues.
You are free to use all of the facilities on the Trehill Estate, and the Leisure Facilities at China Fleet Club. Set beside the banks of the river Tamar it boasts superb leisure facilities as well as a championship golf course.
For really keen golfers we can also arrange fabulous golf breaks at the nearby St Mellion Club - home of the English Open from 2011
