Living...

The spacious lounge has two quality leather sofas, LCD TV and a home cinema system to enjoy the small video library we have left for you. There is a large solid wood table with plenty of space for 4 people.

The kitchen is fabulous. Granite work tops, plenty of space with lovely views over rolling countryside. There is a top quality oven and ceramic hob along with the usual appliances you would expect in a well-equipped home.

Sleeping...

Bedroom one has a king size bed and a shower room with walk in shower with under floor heating.

Bedroom two has two large twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The bed linen is by designers guild. The beds are solid wood and the views from both rooms are lovely.

Outside...

There is a huge private deck with views over un-spoilt countryside, a gas BBQ and teak patio furniture.

Beech Holiday Cottage - Friday Changeover

Beech is right opposite the Trehill lake to the front with views of the local countryside from the rear with its own large deck! Ash and Beech Cottages are virtually identical.

Beech Cottage is one of three are three newly built holiday cottages situated on the Trehill Estate with its beautiful lakeview grounds high above the Lynher Valley.

Beech is situated all on one level with a ramped entrance, wide doors and plenty of open space. There is Oak flooring throughout and plenty of light from the high ceilings. This is our idea of the perfect holiday cottage and we hope that you agree.

Golf and Leisure Facilities - Just a few miles down the road lies the beautiful China Fleet Club. Set beside the banks of the river Tamar it boasts superb leisure facilities as well as a championship golf course.

For really keen golfers we can also arrange fabulous golf breaks at the nearby St Mellion Club - home of the English Open from 20
