If you are looking to combine a bit of exertion with having a great time in this lovely county here are some ideas to keep you active while you stay with us. All our cottages include our own what to do guides, so you will never be short of active inspiration!
All of our cottages come with health club membership (pool, gym and Spa). The leisure facilities at St Mellion and China Fleet , where most of our cottages have membership are as good as any in the country. 25m competition pool, massive gym, free weights, exercise classes, squash & tennis and of course two of the country’s best golf courses (visit our golf breaks page for more information). At Glendorgal Sands free membership to the on-site Glendorgal Club is included.

Cornwall has a huge number of cycling paths. But the Camel Trail is undoubtedly our favourite
Hire bicycles in Wadebridge and enjoy a beautiful but gentle ride down to Padstow. This stunning cycle path runs along an old railway line beside the estuary. Baby buggies and tandems are available from Bridge Bike Hire. North Cornwall

Canoe Tamar . Explore the beautiful Tamar Valley situated between Devon and Cornwall in one of England's last secret valleys. Canoe guides have the skills, experience and detailed knowledge to help you canoe every bend and rapid of this unique river. Canoe from Morwhellam Quay to Cotehele or reverse depending on tides.
